This unit trains and manages health workers who work as home-care (pramurukti) for adult patients at home. Health Workers/homecare nurse are coordinated, ranging from training, placement, to be supervised their quality of performance in serving patients as clients at home. The average number of patients per month is 35-40 clients.

The staff also periodically conducts supervision and visits to patients and their families, with the aim of motivating the improvement of the performance of health workers being hired by the patient's family, establishing communication and good relations with clients and families, and resolving existing problems if there is a misunderstanding between staff PK with patients or family.
